Jamie Oliver and Our Children

The reputable English chef Jamie Oliver, with more books under his belt and TV shows to his credit than can be mentioned here, has taken on the formidable task of helping us make the government understand that we can do much to prevent so many food-related diseases that are costing lives and huge percentages of all money spent on illnesses simply by beginning to change the way our children learn about food and the way they are fed not only at home, but also at school.
