Chalking It Up To Experience

Resisting difficult situations rarely brings anything positive. You strain and fret and worry and stress about something and in the end all that inner resistance has not helped you one whit. You could say that Gandhi or Martin Luther King were being proactive to do something about an injustice, but I don't get the impression that there was inner resistance as much as inner resolve to move forward in order to change matters. Chris Griscom wrote where there is no resistance there is no pain.

So let's take a lesson from that today. When challenging moments arise in your life, try to regard them from the point of view of what you can learn from them rather than as something that has come into your life to make you angry or suffer. The moment you believe you can learn something from a situation, your inner energetic frequency about it shifts. And the shift is one that allows you to cross a bridge to another way of feeling about the situation. And so you can chalk it up to experience because of where this learning that you are allowing takes you in your life from this moment forward.
